On the trainer for a spin this morning. Pretty uneventful, I managed to not somehow crash my stationary bike again, which is a nice change from this time last week. A good solid little recovery session, once again reminding me how much easier it can be to knuckle down and do work on a trainer. Still a bit of fatigue in the legs from a solid weekend of riding, but nothing too taxing.
Not to much going on otherwise. Unpleasant pictures from the Cairns Ironman have started filtering in through social media, reinforcing my gladness of not being there. Sooooo much mud. It may take the lawn in T2 a while to recovery from what I have seen.
Nothing on the program for this afternoon, just going home and relaxing. Should be good, feeling like I could do with some more sleep for some reason so I might look into that.
Doing a bit of travelling in the second half of this week which will see me in Darwin on Wednesday night. I am looking forward to it, it should hopefully be a good chance to catch up with some people. At the very least it should be a chance to get some sleep.
Post publish edit: I must be tired, I just realised that I spelt both Ironman and Wednesday wrong. Fixed now.
