After some discussion between Daryl and myself, we decided it would be best to have a rest day today. Whilst training last week went okay, there were some signs that my body might be a bit on the edge, ongoing fatigue, things like that. So today was a day of sleeping and taking it easy. If I am being perfectly honest I am still feeling pretty tired, but I will see how I am feeling after another good nights sleep.
On the whole I am feeling pretty okay, just tired. Most of the training has still been going okay, particularly once I get going, but I have been starting to feel like I just wasn't recovering much between sessions. Hopefully this rest day has given my body the chance to recover that it has needed.
We shall see tomorrow.
