The night before

I have to start today's blog with a shout out to my two sisters who pointed out yesterday that whilst they no longer have Cross as a surname they are still Crosses at heart. I have to apologise because I didn't not mean to question their lovely nature which is above reproach. Despite that, I also did not buy either of them shoes yesterday.

They asked not to be mentioned by name, so don't worry Emma I won't do that.

Darn.

Moving on.

Really good day of training today. Best day I have had since my surgery. 90 minutes on the trainer this morning and an hour on the Alter-G treadmill this afternoon. Both decent sessions and both seem to have been completed without causing myself harm. Both sessions felt like they were proper steps on the road to rebuilding. My shoulder has continued to feel less sore too which is a very welcome relief. Early days, but things are looking up.

Now as you may or may not know, tomrrow is Christmas. For some people the day is a bit of a big deal. Those people include the people in my household. As a result tomorrow could be a bit of a busy day for us, so I may or may not get a chance to do apost. If I don't get a chance to do a post it probably won't be a big deal since I am not planning on doing any training and I suspect not many people are going to have time/inclination to read this little slice on the Internet anyway. If I don't post tomorrow then I will definitely be back typing as usual on Saturday.

Until then, I hope everyone has Merry Christmas.
