So not sick. Well I don't think so anyway. I woke up this morning feeling okay for training, which I did. Not feeling super magic it has to be said, but not ill. Notch that down as a win. Perhaps it was just a lack of sleep after all. Time will tell in the next few days I guess.
Providing I am not sick then the plan is to train on tomorrow. I am pretty keen to get in a solid couple of weeks of training to try and rebuild the fitness and so that will continue tomorrow. Paddle in the morning and run in the afternoon followed by a bit of coaching. All around solid day or exercise related activity.
The run coaching in the afternoon should be fun. I have been a bit hit and miss coaching that session so it will be good to get into a bit of routine with it. Got a fun session with a bit of variation planned. Challenging for sure, but lots of variation in pace which should keep everybody thinking. They may not exactly be laughing all the way, but hopefully they will be appreciate the session by the end. Lots of people starting to the do the early work in preparation for Busselton 70.3 in May, so these are the sessions that will set up the rest of the season.
Should be a busy day.
