Sorry guys, no blog tonight, after being at work all day and down the track for the evening, the day and night have just got away from me. Lots of fun stuff to write about like a very nice ride this afternoon in King's Park and watching people from Stadium Triathlon Club tackle a Mona Fartlek for the first time, but that will have to wait until tomorrow.
Between now and then I will be taking part in the SwimSmooth Threshold swim session, which I am sure will be another bundle of laughs for all involved.
