Whoops

Sorry guys. I only just realised that I forgot to publish my blog post yesterday. I wrote it and everything, had it sitting there all ready to go, just forgot to actually click the publish button. Sorry about that.

It seems like a real pity to waste it since it is all written and everything, so scroll down for a read.

At the end of the blog you will see a mention of my wife doing her first triathlon tomorrow (which was today). I was going to write about it now, but since I have effectively just posted a blog, I might save the race summary for tomorrow. For now let me just say that it was great. She got through and while the jury is still out, I think on balance she enjoyed herself. I will leave you with this, which is a short clip of Shelley starting her first triathlon.
