In between

Shorter blog tonight. Today I am between things and so I don't have much to say. Rare I know, but there you go.

As I mentioned yesterday I got a Holter Monitor put on yesterday by the smart people at Western Cardiology to give a better idea of how the heart is going post ablation  The Holter Monitor needed to be on for 24 hours, which meant I wore it through last night before returning it this morning.

I have no idea what the Holter Monitor has revealed as of yet, although I am hoping I might get some idea of the results tomorrow or possibly on Thursday. My gut feel is that the number of ectopic beats I am getting has improved and I am hoping the monitor will confirm that, but we shall see. I don't think the result in itself will change things much, but it is a first step. News tomorrow hopefully.

The other thing I am in between today is swim sessions. Yesterday I helped Paul at my first Swim Smooth Pure Technique session and tomorrow I am heading down to help Paul with the Swim Smooth Red Mist session. As with the other sessions that I have been helping Paul with, Wednesday morning is one of the busier sessions of the week which means that tomorrow should be a lot of fun. In fact I am really looking forward to getting down there. The Wednesday Morning Swim Smooth session has always been one of my favourite sessions to attend, tough but rewarding. I am hoping the session will be just as good from the pool deck. If nothing else I am hoping that I will learn a lot.

In between things today. Tomorrow I should be a tiny bit less so.
