Almost nearly there

Almost back at training. So close I can smell it. This cold is nearly done with, well the resting part of it anyway. A few dregs left I think, I think this cough will linger for a little longer yet, but I am certainly over the worst of it. A few more days an I will be back to normal I think. Time to start working my way back into it.

The plan is to start things off slowly with an easy swim in the morning. Give my body time to get back in the swing of things. A bit of a long but steady ride on Saturday and a similar run on Sunday. Hopefully the gradual ease in will give the body a chance to get back into it without going into shock.

Certainly more than ready to be back at training. This cold has really smacked me down again this time around and I am itching to get back into training. I have been doing some planning for the rest of the year and the beginning of next year and it looks like it could be an exciting few 8 or 9 months coming up. Plus there have been some very exciting sponsorship developments over the last little while which I am very nearly ready to talk about. New nutrition plan to get on with from the beginning of next week (once we have had had a chance to go shopping). Lots going on. Just itching to get to it all.
