Illness induced misery continues, not much has happened today as a result.
Still not a lot to do at this stage other than rest up and try and get better. I think I am slightly improved over how I felt yesterday, but not all that significantly. Certainly feels like I am at the bottom of the curve, so the only way to head is up. I am hopeful that another good night of sleep will see me make some big gains. The tentative plan at the moment is to rest up again tomorrow and try and be back on schedule by Tuesday. We will see of course, but from previous experience, that isn't unrealistic.
Still not a total waste of a day. I have had a nice weekend with the family and I am currently in the middle of watching the 70.3 World Championships. Lots of West Aussies over there crushing it, so that is a lot of fun. Particularly keen to seen how Katy Duffield goes out there on the biggest of stages.
As I have said though, not a lot to add today. Might look at doing a review or something tomorrow, since there will probably not be a lot of training to talk about.
