Day in the sun

We are off to Guilderton the next couple of days for a little bit of a family holiday. Guilderton is a pretty little town about an hour north of Perth. Situated on the Moore River. Very pretty spot. As well as a nice couple of days away, it will also serve as a bit of a mini training camp. The river is great for swimming (wetsuit), plenty of open road for riding etc. Hopefully it will be a nice couple of days.

I had the second of my morning swim sessions with SwimSmooth this morning. Quite a challenging session. Certainly made you feel good to get through it though. Bit of a run on the schedule this afternoon. It should fit in nicely with being up at Guilderton.

I am pretty sure I sold my P3 last night. I got a call from a guy who certainly committed to buying it, so if it all comes through then it will be farewell to the faithful old race steed. In an amazing bout of 'small world' though, the guy who is buying the bike, is the guy who sold it to me in the first place. He sold it in order to get a new bike, which he didn't really like. He has tried some others since then, but nothing has really stuck. The other day he apparently thought, you know what I miss my old P3, and then, amazingly, he looked on line and there it was. Fate perhaps.

Anyway, off to Guilderton.
